From old tasting notes. Bright yellow gold color. Huge rocky white head. Intense lemon aroma. Tangy lemon and malt flavor. Little character or depth. More like a shandy. reebtogi (6267) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 10, 2012
355ml bottle tried many years ago poured a pale golden color with a finger of white head that left a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma was lemon and cereal grains with some pleasant hops. Taste was nice malty sweetness with light hop bitterness and lemon. Was a nicely balanced brew with well balanced flavors and quite enjoyable. jessicabeer (2) - - AUG 3, 2012 does not count
I had this beer on a tour of the northwest u.s.a. in the late 90’s. I have enjoyed beers all around the world, and this was by far one of the best in memory. It did not! Taste like lemonade you idiots. It was crisp, clean, refreshing and went very well with grilled salmon steaks. It was the only beer I’ve ever wokeup in the morning in the majestic mountains of durango, colorado and thought....mmmm I’d rather have this than coffee . Now I’vereturned and am trying to locate this beer only to find it extinct....so sad. philbertk (1873) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 16, 2010

Bottle - sicky sweet lemony dishsoap aroma. Looks like a Bud Light. The flavor ... the flavor. What the hell are they thinking? This is just horrible. IndianaRed (4617) - Boise, Idaho, USA - APR 21, 2006
Bottle Pours a straw pale yellow. Hazy and with a nice full white head. Dry faint aroma of leamins and light malts. Flavor was lemony but like gatorade. Thin and light weght. BückDich (5464) - McCall, Idaho, USA - APR 20, 2006
Bottle: Very very pale yellow color, big puffy retentive white head. The nose is a bit tart with some lemon peel and extract sweetness, a touch of ricey notes too. The flavor is a bit odd with some underlying poor lager along with a slightly sweet lemon extract flavor. The finish has a light body and a bit of pleasing lemonade characteristics. Just a bad combination, more like a gimick or an alcopop.
