355ml bottle tried many years ago poured amber in color with a small white head that left a few spots of lace. Aroma was caramel and hops. Taste was caramel malty sweet with a light hop bitterness. A light to medium body with some decent carbonation. Overall, was quite a tasty brew and easy to drink. philbertk (1873) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 16, 2010

Chestnut body topped by a quickly dissipating small beige head. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, cherry. Taste is as the aroma suggests, only a bit watery, and finishing slightly roasty. Crit (3995) - Surrey, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 14, 2003
Reddish brown,beige head.
Toasty nose. Roasted malt flavor more like a dark lager

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2004 Nice mix of flavors, malt, cherry, sour bitter finish. More of a novelty beer than a regular drinker. Indra (2711) - Suburbia, Kansas, USA - MAY 10, 2001
Smooth-bodied, somewhat low carbonation. Nice flavor, and cloudy red color is appealing. Nothing about this beer stands out as being extraordinary, though. Oakes (17643) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 16, 2001
Flavourful dark lager. Not a wheat beer.
