Bottle - as Drachengold. Amber coloured, mid-sized fluffy off-white head, that slowly collapses to a stable beige layer. Sweet caramel and toasted malt and distinctive herbal hops in the nose. Solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied. Lingering toasty finish with a long hoppy aftertaste. Very well balanced, hoppy Bock, moreish in any case.......

Sweet flavour, full bodied with a pleasantly calm carbonation. Aromatic and moderately toasted malt-profile with spicy anise-like accents; medium-dry, malt-accented finish, rounded up with spicy and herbal hoppy notes. A rounded brew (08.X.08).
