It’s yellow-golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw and light fruit. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of straw, malt and the finish is dry and slightly bitter. It’s OK. fonefan (49369) - VestJylland, DENMARK - OCT 18, 2009

bottle, thanks to MoritzF. Pale yellow, medium-sized head. Quite malty with pleasant hoppy notes. Hints of grain. Dry finish. pivnizub (10619) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JUL 1, 2007
Bottle (330ml): Pale golden, slowly collapsing white head; sweet pale malt and hayish, floral, a bit grassy hops; more dry than sweet bitter-malty flavour, light bodied, soft MF; becomes even drier towards the grassy bitter end. Better overture than an average german Pils, but later only the average german stuff..... MoritzF (9901) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - JUN 10, 2007
(33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a thick foamy white head of moderate duration. Hop-accented aroma, herbal and minimal grassy, backed with light-sweet grainy malt. Bitter flavour, herbal hoppy taste on a soft, slightly grainy malty base, light bodied, medium carbonation; dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish. Nothing special but pretty drinkable. (On tap) Clear, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head leaving a discreet lacework. Let, slightly watery body with a very clean malt profile relieved by a dry bitterness. 051106 Ungstrup (37625) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 15, 2006
[At the Schaumburger brewery tap] A dark yellow beer with a lazing fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of straw and grain. The flavor is sweet malty with quite a lot of straw and hay, leading to a dry and very bitter and refreshing end. Only drawback is that the body is a bit thin. Served in its own special glass.
