Strong banana and vanilla aroma. First sip tastes less than the smell would indicate, however a strong relapse occurs when the aromas enter the nose through the mouth. A pleasant beer.

Bottle from Dranken Verheyen in Poppel. The beer is dark amber colored and pours a large and stable broken white head. The aroma is aromatic, fruity and malty with hints of caramel. The taste is medium bodied. It starts fruity and changes into a nice malty bitterness. The finish is spicy and light bitter. Shame the taste is not full bodied and more sweeter, that is what I expect from a dubbel.

Aroma is zoetig. Smaak is wat vlakjes.

From a bottle. steady foam head, beige. In the nose: roasted malt!!, caramel, chocolate (but this disapears when the temperature of the beer rises), bead, yeast. Mouthfeel: medium to low carbonation, very bitter with an afterbitterness thats quit pleasant. Aroma: roasted, chocolate, malt, blueberry, plum. There is a moment of sweetness, but the bitterness takes it away very quick! Love this beer!
