COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop Ruiter (Hop Rider) has a full, almost rustic malt body, and pairs Belgian yeast-driven flavors with American assertive hoppiness. It is dry hopped, with two noble varieties which add complexity, delicacy and a bit of funk.

hazy gold capped by white head. nose and taste of citrus, orange peel, light caramel. Yeast element of the nose does not transfer to taste. light to medium body makes this ultra drinkable.

Bottled. Thanks Hrabren! Golden body, bit hazy, lasting big white head. Alcohol, Belgian yeasty notes, fruity hoppiness. Taste, sweetish, banana, some light fruity hop, a bit grainy, alcohol. Not bad, just a bit too raw. Interesting crossover beer. Smooth. Dunno, the alcoholic harshness ruins it.

UPDATED: JAN 16, 2018 0.33 l bottle from Pivoteka. Shared with Marko. Hazy golden, medium white head. Moderately hoppy, lightly spicy. Yeasty, alcohol. Light estery. Sweet. Quite strong. Maybe too much alcohol.

25cl glass from tap at cafe de lijst in Hoogeveen. Pours a slight hazy pale colour with a medium creamy white head. Aroma of malt, grain, bitter hops, yeast, spices. Taste is moderate sweet, moderate bitter with a medium dry finish. Notes of pale malt, belgian yeast, pale malt, spices, bitter hops, grains, wheat. Texture is oily to watery, medium bodied with moderate carbonation

330ml bottle from Liquid Bar, Luxembourg City. Hazy yellow pour. Lots of good Belgian yeast and spice aromas, with hoppy notes behind. The flavour is quite mellow, but there is a distinct hoppy bitterness, which is subtly in the background.

Pours amber with high white head. Aroma is citrus, lime, tropical fruits, some floral, grapefruit, some light wooden notes, yeast. Taste is tropical fruits, mango, sweet, berry, some pine, light resin, floral, a bit artificial, watermelon, some bubble cum. Nice aroma but taste is a bit messy for me.

Hazy amber coloured beer with a small but firm white head. Fresh hoppy aroma with a hit of citrus. Hoppy and slightly bitter, but also a bit flat and watery. (Bottle 33cl)

Bonne surprise !

BB over. Pours yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, candy, bubblegum and a little spicy. Taste is malty sweet spicy, a little hint of hops and then malty sweetness again.
