COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Witheer of Middelburg is produced on the base of a special historic recipe, which includes wheat and oatmalt, apart from the traditional barleymalts. These grains make the beer both tender and lively and the aromatic Spalt hop gives the beer a lightly bitter accent.

Bottle of 33cl, in a Tulip glass; from the fridge. Drinked @BiaMara. Great refreshing witbier, with a great colour and little fuzzy white head. The taste is really wheaty.

Not really fruity or extravagant, just a good, delicate and soft wheat ale.

Countbeer (6591) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - MAR 3, 2017
Bottle: Served in a taster: Clear yellow body. Thin white head. Nose of wheat, light fruity, light malty/grainy. Quite a typical witbier nose... Nothing crazy though... Flavour starts creamy woth typical wheat white beer tones. Than towards the aftertaste it becomes more grainy. Subtle bitterness. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied. It’s ok.
