This all malt, Vienna-style lager is a real crowd pleaser! Roasted malts and imported hops give it a deliciously smooth malt taste backed by a light hop finish. Perfect for any occasion.

Has a reddish color. Im a sucker for this style and this is a fine example (though not excellent). The taste is predominantly roasted malt. It seems almost too much so as the finish lacks that malty sweetness, instead having a burnt taste. There is also a vegetable note in the finish. Still, quite good.

Dark amber pour. Burnt sugar nose. Caramel, raisins, and grain on the pallet. A slight whisper of sour. Dry finish. Not great. Bottle.

Sweet malt flavor. Light hop finish to leave a dryness on your pallat. Smooth, very good for style.

Bottle. Pours clear copper, small beige head, decent residual and lacing. Aroma is a bit unappetizing, caramel, rotting grass, corn syrup. Flavor is much better, medium sweet, light bitter, corn and caramel. Medium body.

Sampled at Northgate Andover beer tasting. This was the style that first turned me on to craft beer in general, so that might be part of it. Fresh and crisp with a bready middle and mild hop finish.
