Palest pour this side of Natty Light. Head is gone before I can put my glass down. Nose is grapefruit and pale malt. Pretty sweet. Lots of grapefruit. Bit of pale malt and corn in the finish. More like an alcoholic grapefruit soda. Schell makes some decent beers. This isnt one. Bleh.

On tap at Boonies on the Avenue. Gold and clear appearance. Lemon zest, pale malts, kind of tart but more sweet. Light bodied and easy to drink. Meh.

Bottle. Pours a pale near clear yellow with a white head that dissipates immediately to the edges. Aroma has a very sweet grapefruit note with some sweet wheat, sweet grains and a bit of earthiness. Flavor has a syrupy grapefruit and sweet wheat note that is a not great.

Yikes, this isnt a style I drink but since I typically love Schells beer I decided to try. Glad it was a single in a mix 6. Upfront ok kinda fruity then the back end is just weird grapefruit like syrup taste couldnt finish even with the wife trying.

Taste like a bud Weiser mixed with grapefruit. Should have used a darker beer with the grapefruit. Left alot of after taste. I usually love schells beer, but this beer really let me down. Bought a 12 pk and cant get anyone to take more than one bottle and usually they can only take 2 sips before they pour it out.

Yellow pour with a 2 finger, soapy, bright white head. Aroma is citrus flesh, spicy and floral hops, and mineral notes. Flavor is sweet grapefruit, spicy hops, bready yeast, and a little grapefruit bitterness and salt to the finish. Light body, watery, but somewhat slick, syrupy feel, light, but spritzy carbonation. Not my sort of thing, but not terrible.

A decent grapefruit beer. Mild citrus aromas. Flavors are sweet fake grapefruit. A nice summer quencher.. But a bit too artificial tasting.

Can. Clear yellow pour, medium carbonation and an aroma of artificial grapefruit/Squirt soda. Flavor is also similar to a grapefruit soda(overly sweet artificial fruit), much sweeter than Id really expect in a beer. "Meh" is generous. Skip this one.

Pours a very pale yellow color with a big loose-ish fluffy head.

The aroma is bright & doughy at the same time. Its got a good bit of fruity aroma with a lot of great citrus zest in the nose.

The flavor is odd, doughy and peppery with a light grapefruit soda character. Its lightly bitter and not overly sweet... but certainly has some fruity sweetness but some balancing tartness about it.

I totally get why people dont like this, I like it fine enough though.
