From 750 mL bottle into Flute glass. Pours a ruby red hue with a light pink head. Aroma of tart raspberry. Taste is a little jammy, full of raspberry, clean light to medium body and tart finish but buttery aftertaste. Carbonation balances the tart. Good alternative to a raspberry lambic. Pretty tasty but wanted more raspberry jam. Not sure if that's meant for this style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sampled at All Pints North, I have been looking for this one for years and I believe it was the first of their noble star beers. Red color. Great raspberry aroma and flavor, moderately tart and an appropriate amount of fruit sugar. Excellent.

Keg @ APN 2017. Deep purple pour with a small head. Nose is really jammy. Plenty of raspberry meat. A bit earthy. Lightly tart. Meaty raspberry. Elegant and eminently crushable.

(750ml bottle) cloudy raspberry, fine white bubbles. Nose of rich raspberry, wheat, touch of funk, seeds and purée and all. Taste is also quite rich of raspberry, seltzery, lightly tart bugs, jammy, light body but medium carbonation.

Bottle: The aroma consists of tart raspberry, faint lemon, and a hint of must. It pours a pinkish-orange with a pinkish head that quickly fades to a minimal film outlined by a thin ring. The flavor starts with tart raspberry with a hint of citrus. The finish has moderate sour lemon and more tart raspberry. It’s light bodied with light-moderate carbonation.

25.4 oz corked and caged bottle purchased at MGM Liquors in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Shared with beastiefan2k at his Doctoral graduation celebration. October 2013 typed on the label. The pour is a clear golden red with a light pinkish one inch head. The head falls quite quickly. The aroma is soft wheat grain, along with a raspberry and a hint of tartness. The taste follows the nose, wheat grain, raspberry, faint tartness, acidity and also introduces a somewhat unclean wood character. The palate is light body, decently clean tart finish. Congrats Eugene.

Weird, fat 750ml bottle pours a bright, neon purple with a ring of white head. Nose has a ton of raspberry, big and jammy, muffins, mild lemon. Flavor is sadly weaker, berry, more lemony, straw, mild soap, lacto. Plenty of berry though. Finishes a little tart, even a bit hot from the acid.

Pouring at Where The Wild Beers Are 2014. Pours a hazed ruby with a thin white head. Big fuzzy raspberry and dirty funk. Medium bodied, soft funk and raspberries, chewy. Long acid, tart and funky finish.

Poured a nice pinkish red color from the bottle with aromas of light tart raspberries and tart wheat. Flavors were raspberries and hay light wheat and a touch of tartness. Damn these guys from Minnesota can brew some mighty fine berliners.

Sampled via bottle at WTWBA 2014 in Minneapolis. Pink pour. Tart raspberry but something about this beer just doesn’t resonate with me. I like a lot of the beers in this series, but this one was just okay for me.
