Pours two fingers of head on a clear golden body. The aroma is grains and a bit of honey. The taste is grains to start, a touch of lemon bitter in the middle and a mild metallic bitter finish. The texture is crisp and fizzy. Nice.

Level 42 Tasting. Thanks to Fergus. Almost clear gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light, dry and has a mild fine crispness. Bready pale malts, floral sweetness. Touch of paper. Tiny murmur of citrus. Light finish. Dull but inoffensive.

Bottle share on the 42nd floor, thanks to Fergus. As ’Scheyern Kloster-Gold Hell’. Clear pale yellow, still, foamy white head. Aroma is crackers, corn, sugars. Body is light, soft carbonation, smooth. Taste is corny, light malt, sweet. Meh. Sweet and plain. I’m not a fan at all.

Karamellsüße, Brot, süffig, leicht zu trinken. Ansonsten leider nicht sehr viel Geschmack. Alles in allem Vollkornbrot in Ordnung, aber nicht mehr.
