Embrouille (2852) - SWITZERLAND - JUN 10, 2009
Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. It pours a clear golden beer with a beautiful dense white head. A lot of aromatic hops in the aroma. Surprisingly bitter taste. Lovely. Great hop profile with hints of white bread, gooseberries, wild strawberries and tropical fruit. Dry finish. Flawless and deeply pleasant. Excellent! Thanks a lot Quack-Duck!

Marheb (5750) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 22, 2014
(Bue chez Dicker Mann à Regensburg): Bonne astringence et amertume provenant d’un liquide aux accents de poire et aux céréales craquants. Sécheresse drastique, buvabilité fantastique.

It’s one of my favourite beers! Very good for sitting in a pub and playing dice or cards.

Test vom 28.2.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,12,11,12,9,12 - 11,30

motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - SEP 4, 2004
golden. aroma of glue, meringue and hay. some watermelon sweetness and then very, very dry and melt-in-the-mouth. medium bitterness, a very classy finish. as joss says, it has a real northern quality

pivnizub (10614) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - OCT 26, 2007
Bottle (333ml): Greenish-golden, slowly diminishing foamy head, strong aromatic floral-hayish hoppy nose, backed by some sweet malt; light bodied, very soft MF; moderate to strong bitter-sweet flavour; hearty, aromatic hoppy, but soft finish. Great, tasty Pils....... Sehr gutes Bier, Jonas!!

shrubber85 (11397) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - MAY 24, 2010
Bottle with pull tab. Creamy malt and flowery grassy hops aroma. Clear golden yellow color with giant white head and mild effervescence. Sweet lightly creamy malt followed by a moderate grassy hops flavor. Medium body. Nice pils.

MartinT (9880) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 17, 2014
My Bottom Line:
This elegant Pilsener’s crisp mouthfeel is the setting for straw-like malts and rising hop bitterness.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A foam tower is erected atop the bright pale golden.
-The fine bubbling and relative dryness make for an engaging mouthfeel.
-The flavor profile could be a tad bolder. There is an empty middle pocket which is disappointing.
-Mild chalkiness appears in the end.

At Dicker Mann, Regensburg.

Geiserich (4519) - Linz, AUSTRIA - SEP 20, 2006
Bottled: Hoppy aroma, Pale golden color. Nearly no head. Few bodied, very few grain notes. Hop dominated flavor, bitterhop and light herbal notes. Some sweetis componentes. First astringent then very dry, medium bitter finish.

Bierkrug (2129) - - NOV 23, 2010
500 ml bottle in Germany. Pours the normal Pils look. Armoa is mellow and sweet for a Pils. Taste is of mixed flowers and honey. Palate is also mellow and very nice for a Pils. This is almost like a Helles with loots of carby action. One of the best Southern Pils I have had.
