Pleasant hay and fresh barley grain aroma that is even a bit creamy. Crystal clear straw under a thin, white sheet and a ring. Unremarkable flavour of sweet base malt and a little floral and herbal hops. Very low bitterness. Even a touch of ethanol flavour makes its way through the malty oneness. Medium body, moderate to low carbonation, sweet finish. shrubber85 (11508) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - SEP 30, 2009
Swing-top bottle. Sweet hay malt aroma. Golden yellow color with nice big fluffy head. Slightly sweet barley malt flavor but has a nice barnyard aftertaste that I really like. Light but a tasty beer. TBone (17793) - Pori, FINLAND - AUG 22, 2009
Bottled (BB 02/2010).
Courtesy of bierkoning, thanks Edo! Fresh hayish hoppy and buttery nose with some sweetness. Quite sweet malty, light butter, grassy-hayish hoppyness. Balanced, clean, nothing special, but drinkable - especially in the summer heat. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - AUG 22, 2009
Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is cardbiard, some earthcellar, mild saltwater as well as quite sweet malts. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild herbal notes. Quite basic, but still refreshing. SkyCop32 (287) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - DEC 31, 2008
Drank this with fellow taster oldrtybastrd from this site. pours a yellowish with a medium white head with a lot of carbonation. This was a little watery with a little spice, but no other tastes.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts mild, spicy, finish like wheat. Not bad. cheeta (1181) - Langå, DENMARK - NOV 30, 2008
Moderate malty and ligth bready. Large frothy white head. Good lacing. Mostly lasting longevity. Clear yellow body. Ligt bitter flavor. Light to medium palate. oldrtybastrd (5003) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - OCT 30, 2008
Courtesy of SkyCop32. Picked up at Maruhn Getränke in Darmstadt. Pours a lightly cloudy golden body with an enormous frothy off-white head. Long lasting head retention and considerable carbonation. Malty aroma. pivnizub (10730) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - OCT 8, 2008
Bügelverschlußflasche: Clear golden with a stable and lacy creamy white head; light strawy-grainy nose with also a shy herbal-grassy tinge; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, creamy MF, quite light bodied; sweetish maltiness increases in the sweet-bitter and slight fruity finish. Quite O.K., not earth-shaking......... yespr (46785) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - AUG 24, 2008
50 cL bottle, comes as Schinner Urstoff 1860, 5.0%. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Mild citrus/peach fruity hops aroma. Flavour is mild fruity, yet somewhat flat and dry malty too. Light bitterness and mild acidic touch into the finish. The fresh fruity hops note sadly quickly run flat into the dry malt base.
