Bottled. Amber coloured. Light foggy. Dense beige head. Sweetness and light ripe fruits in the nose. Some light caramel. Quite bland. Flavour as well on the light and bland side. Alcohol and ripe fruits are the most evident notes I get. Medium bodied. Has distinct alcoholnotes and alcoholwarmth in the end. MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 25, 2006

Bottle, 7.2%. Clear dark brown colour, small tan head. The flavour is roasted and quite vinous. Hint of cream. Some grainy bitterness which is a bit unpleasant. 6 3 6 3 11
dark color, less head very malty. Lighter body than other doppelbocks, lively carbonation keeps this from being overly sticky,..doughy and fruity. It smells of whole-grain bread,..very plesant one.
