Tapped. Appears very light snowy yellow hazy body with nice stable thin white foam. Impressive aroma of subtle fruit notes meets massive wheat and some hops. Light body, no sweet at all, decent finish with some malts. A very good one hefeweizen. hayduke (5209) - Eureka, California, USA - JUL 3, 2006
Had this one in Bayeruth at Schinner’s Brauhaus. From a 50 cl bottle. Cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Nose of sour malts and some hops. A bit of fruit, mostly banana is distinct. Mouthfeel is OK, and it finishes fine. This a a good example of its type. omhper (25138) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - SEP 7, 2007
UPDATED: DEC 25, 2007 Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Cloudy yellow, rich creamy head. Strong estery bubblegum aroma. Sweet with evident wheat malt character. Spritzy and very estery, yest soft. A very drinkable hefeweizen where the yeast characterics are magnified and really dominant. motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - DEC 6, 2004

Swing-top bottle. Honey, banana, and creamy wheat malt aroma. Cloudy orange-tan color with moderate head. Sweet (but not as sweet as the aroma would seem to indicate) banana, clove, and wheat malt flavor. LIghter body. Above average weizen.

(bottle) pours a murky golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of wheat and floral hops, light summer fruits and lactic acid, quite nice. flavour is mostly the same, with hints of wheat and popcorn and some light cheesecake in the finish. medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Bottle from Cotteridge Wines. Thin Weisse, with a ghostly presence. The flavour (perhaps) of lemon sorbet. Lemon. Limon. Frozen lemonade. Hazed. HenrikSoegaard (14176) - Randers, DENMARK - MAR 29, 2007
Bottle. Creamy white mostly lasting head. Pale yellow colour. Powerfull yeasty fruity aroma. Lots of fruit (mango) notes. Nice powerfull flavor. Light bitter. Average finish. Watery but nice palate. kappldav123 (6100) - GERMANY - AUG 22, 2008
The bottle looks good, but not really "edel". The beer in the glass looks fine. Starts mild, becomes more fruity, a bit yeasty, quite strong for only 4,9 % ABV. Good! Storm (2684) - Amager, DENMARK - SEP 1, 2006
50 cl bottle. Yeast at the bottom. Unclear golden colour with a nice creamy head. Lovely aroma of banana, yeast and some bread-like. Very yeasty flavour with notes of wheat. Ends up soft and easy to drink.
