Koelschtrinker (19512) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 7, 2011
10/9/10/9/11/9

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts spicy and strong, malty notes, also notes of plum. Finish is weeker, almost a bit washy. Starts good, ends bad!

Ungstrup (36537) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 7, 2009
Bottled. An amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with ntoes of caramel, while the flavor is also sweet malt, but with strong notes of caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Quack-Duck (9369) - Down South, GERMANY - DEC 9, 2008
bottle. Clear amber-yellow colour, large off-white head. Malty nose. Medum-bodied, pleasantly malty wioth lots of roasted malt and a decent amount of aromatic hops. Slightly grainy, in the middle part the hops have the appearance of cheap hop pellets. Neverheless a more than decent brew.

Bottle 50cl. swing top.
Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, roasted, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (300508)

Courtesy of Brugmansia & Fonefan. Warm golden with a nice head. The aroma has notes of apple and malt. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of apple and malt – quite straightforward and a bit boring.

50 cL bottle, thanks to fonefan/Brugmansia. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Light breadish and mild spiced aroma. Flavour is dry breadish and with a mild, classic German hops spice note.
