This one has been sitting around for awhile. I hope that doesn’t affect the taste.
Appearance - Fairly clear. Golden-orange in color. Short lived one finger white head. Little bit of lacing here and there.
Aroma - Citrusy, floral and piney hops. Mostly orange and grapefruit followed by some biscuity malted barley.
Taste - Starts with a citrusy sweetness before giving way to citrus and piney bitterness. Dry biscuity malt comes in before finishing slightly bitter and dry again.
Mouthfeel - Smooth, very drinkable. Lighter side of a medium body. Little high on the carbonation but it works here. Very balanced with the malts and the bitterness from the hops.. Pretty well done beer. I think it would benefit from being a little more fresh though. edgallow (4211) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - MAR 31, 2012

Aroma: high pitch dry hop character, very aromatic , bold , crisp. Great hop aroma expose. 8-
Appearance: amber with gentle haze. Medium , bright white top. Sparse lace.3+
Flavor/Palate: citrus, dry walls frontal hints of pineapple, mango, lemon. Very nice straight shooting IPA. Lighter body but never felt empty. Very well brewed , ultra drinkable IPA.
Bottle. Nice shiny pour of bright orange and a light airy head. The aroma is citric and fruity, and the beer drinks with a nice acidic bite. Tangy, crisp, and cloying, this would go great with some nice spicy food. (#4437, 1/8/2011)

Thanks to phaleslu for sending this bottle out my way. Served in a snifter.
Pours a clear medium apricot with a two-finger white head. Nice retention and plenty of lacing on the way down. Nose carries some bright citrus notes plus a bit of a tropical character. Nice orange and tangerine to go along with a bit of mango. The hop character isn’t as strong in the flavor, but there’s a nice bitterness to the finish. Fairly dry after a light body. All around this is very well done. kp (10882) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - DEC 25, 2011

From the tap at the Bottleworks in St. Louis. Lot of floral and fruit flavors. Smooth and extremely drinkable. Schaflly’s best beer, hands down. Very good from the bottle as well. bigirishphan (106) - Peoria Heights, Illinois, USA - NOV 14, 2011
Easily one of the most refreshing ipa’s I’ve tried. Pours bright golden with awesome lacing. I got the citrus, piney, and hops but missed the caramel most talked about. Lovely! Severian (42) - Saint Charles, Missouri, USA - OCT 12, 2011
Bottle. Pours a darker yellow with an off white head, leaves lacings all over the glass. Aroma is citrus, grapfruit, hoppy. Taste is much of the same - piney, grapefruit and citrus with some malt and caramel character in the background. Extremely well balanced. Very refreshing. Finishes dry Medium body. Shame this is only available in limited quantities during the summer. It’s outstanding.
