12 oz bottle purchased Ranchmart at in Leawood, Kansas. Brewed with love on 03 25 2011. Pour is a hazed yellow light golden with a loose two inch white head that falls quickly and noisily. Aroma is lightly sweet citrus, gentle clove and banana yeast and a full wheat. Really integrated and soft nose. The taste integrates the light citrus sweetness with the wheat beautifully, and transitions nicely to the yeast notes to spice up the finish. Really fresh, full and satisfying flavor. Palate is medium bodied, unfiltered mouthfeel, clean and dry finish. Really drinkable, an excellent Hefe. Finhead (1783) - OFallon, Illinois, USA - APR 26, 2011
A hazy, yellow pour with a rocky white head. The aroma is light with some wheat and clove coming through. The light body has a slightly thin texture with average carbonation. The taste is mildly sweet with a little banana appearing toward the finish. Pretty refreshing. SphinxTX (2875) - Mata Gorda, Texas, USA - APR 19, 2011
Bottle thanks to exiled. Pours a cloudy yellow with white head. Aroma is nice, notes of banana, citrus and wheat. Flavor is very much the same. Mouthfeel is light-medium, soft body. Overall, pretty tasty stuff! kwoeltje (2233) - Manchester, Missouri, USA - APR 9, 2011
(draught at Bottleworks) hazy yellow with fluffy white head. Mild banana aroma. Not much clove really. Flavor is mild wheat, hint of banana. Rynoplasty (700) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - APR 6, 2011
Pours hazy yellow with a nice sized white head. Aroma is banana, bubble gum, and hints of spice and malted wheat. Flavor is a nice blend of light and wheat malts, with some nice spice and yeasty fruit flavors coming through. Not bad.

Sampled at Schlafly Repeal of Prohibition festival. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. The aroma has dark candy bananas, light plastic and is quite yeasty. Medium smooth rich body with semi-soft carbonation. The taste has banana, heavy on the wheat, light yeast and pepper. Decent. Strykzone (7492) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - MAY 16, 2009
A gold colored pour with a big soapy white head. Decent retention. Very nice aroma of clove and banana. Nice flavor, too. Clove and banana, again. Some bubble gum. It is smooth and very crisp. Very nice! sneagrams3 (2337) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - APR 9, 2009
Tasted 4/2/09. Draft from the Bottleworks. Hazy with a golden orange hue. Ring of white head. Aromas of cereal grains and lemony citrus. Medium bodied with a chalky, tingling effervescence. Orange and citrus flavors. German grains and Belgian yeast. Touch toasty and mildly grassy. Bright effervescence. Trace noble hop profile. Touch tart in the finish. Fresh and good. Quite a serendipitous mistake. esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 28, 2009
Apparently, a mistake made by the Brewery. They accidentally added the Number 15 yeast to the Hefeweizen recipe. Murky yellow with a thin white head that fades away quickly and leaves minimal lacing. Aroma of banana, yeast, toasted malt and light wheat. Taste of banana, nuts, yeast and wheat. Finishes up a bit dry with banana lasting for awhile after the finish. Fairly quenching, and while not a bad beer, I prefer the Number 15 to this one.
