Bottle 04/06/2011. Pours a clear pale hue with a large frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Good wheat, clove and banana aroma. Light to medium body with a smooth texture and lively carbonation. Medium well balanced hefe flavor with a good sweet finish of moderate duration. Good soft drinkable beer.

Bottle. Tart lemon, banana, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow color with small head. Tart lemon and wheat malt flavor. Light body. Not a bad beer but not much like a true weizen. phaleslu (10899) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 11, 2011
Draft at The Royale. How have I not rated this one yet? Pours a pale cloudy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma of banana, lemon, bready malts, wheat, and clove. Flavor is the same, but drops out a bit from the nose. Light-medium bodied, with a sweet, bready mouthfeel and low carbonation. Dry finish. All right for the style. cubs (10742) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - AUG 12, 2011
Bottle with gooovikings in KC. Thanks Jetson! Moderately cloudy, light yellow appearance with a white head. Spicy yeasty, moderate clove, light banana, wheat malty aroma. Slightly bready, spicy, quite yeasty, moderate clove, light banana, mildly tart flavor. Yeasty aftertaste. Above average but not super special. A gold colored pour with a big soapy white head. Decent retention. Very nice aroma of clove and banana. Nice flavor, too. Clove and banana, again. Some bubble gum. It is smooth and very crisp. Very nice!

Sampled at Schlafly Repeal of Prohibition festival. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. The aroma has dark candy bananas, light plastic and is quite yeasty. Medium smooth rich body with semi-soft carbonation. The taste has banana, heavy on the wheat, light yeast and pepper. Decent. Patrickctenchi (6811) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - MAR 22, 2013
Pours cloudy yellow with a short, white head.
Aroma is lemon, banana...
Taste is pleasant wheat,...subdued spicing....crisp.
I like this...it’s beer, it’s wheat....not overblown with cloves and spice...
Enjoyed it. thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 3, 2011
(12oz bottle thanks to Exiled) opaque yellow pour with soapy white bubbles. Nose of lemon, bubblegum, clove and wheat. Taste of lemon, clove, nice spices, very well balanced all the way around. Great hefe. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - MAY 19, 2011
Thanks to Exiled for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is full of bubblegum with some wheat notes mixed in. The flavor is full of wheat, coriander and bubblegum. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very nice American-made hefeweizen. Glad I got to try this one. hayduke (5731) - Eureka, California, USA - OCT 15, 2011
Courtesy of Strykzone. Poured gold with a big fat white head and nice lacing Nose of banana and clove. Medium body and smooth palate . Lots of classic hefe flavor with lots of banana, cloves, and ripe tropical fruit. Flavorful finish. Solid example of the style and very nice to drink.
