Pours pale gold with a finger of white head that soon fades to a wispy cap. Aroma of lemon and yeast. Taste is very crisp with lemon, grass and yeast. Quite nice. ROGUE (2216) - Lewes, Delaware, USA - OCT 6, 2013
12oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a two finger off-white head with good retention. Aroma of mild citrus, fresh fruit, with a hint of malt sweetness. The taste was a medley of floral hops, juicy pear, yeast, cloves, and spearmint along with a bit of light grainy cracker at the finish. Lighter bodied and crisp with a sharp carbonation.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a slightly cloudy gold with about a finger of white head. Aroma of banana and clove with a little fruitiness. Taste is light tart and very lightly bitter. Fruity with banana and clove. Full bodied with a somewhat thin texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, pretty good. Then again, I’ve yet to have a bad beer from these guys. gregwilsonstl (2711) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - SEP 14, 2013
I wish I liked Belgian beers more, this is probably a good one. Spices. Gentler hop build. Light body. Sampled at hop in the city 2013 jcwattsrugger (12559) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - SEP 7, 2013

Bottle. The pour is a light hazy yellow. The aroma is all Belgian. The taste certainly holds true to a Belgian, but on the pale side. Not my favorite style, or my favorite beer. dmac (6592) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - AUG 23, 2013
12oz bottle from Spirits Rt 166. Poured an unimpressive medium density golden body under a fizzy medium sized white head. Aroma of yeast, bubblegum, dry tropical fruits, sugar, troast, clove and banana. Full big body with lively carbonation and a lingering aftertaste. Flavor is the same as the aroma with a big nod to the Belgian yeast strain followed by bubble gum and dry tropical fruits. Meh this is okay but not really feeling it tonight. chinchill (5397) - South Carolina, USA - AUG 20, 2013
12 oz bottle, Bottled on 25 April 13, served in a Belgian snifter.
Pours a hazy yellow-golden with a small head. The head soon reduces to a ring but manages to produce average lacing.
S: Lemon, pear, starfruit & apple plus spicy hops. Some subtle banana comes to the fore in tasting. Like many Belgians, this one tastes much better than it smells.
Feel: Medium-light body; crisp carbonation; finishes semi-dry
O: easy to drink; a very solid example of style that could readily pass for an actual Belgian. Jabic (735) - Plainfield, Vermont, USA - AUG 17, 2013
Ar: Peach and cloves - a bit medicinal.
Ap: Hazy golden - medium white head with decent retention and a ring of foam remaining.
T: Banana and peach, with a touch of malt sweetness - clove and rosy alcohol, with a lot of clove coming through - medicinal flavor comes forward with some prominence - medium-low bitterness - peppery and more banana on the finish.
P: Medium body with high carbonation, creamy and full - finish is dry.
O: This beer has a lot going for it, but the medicinal quality is just a bit too forward, and really detracts from some of the other nice flavors. Bif (2394) - St. Charles, Missouri, USA - AUG 15, 2013
UPDATED: AUG 17, 2013 Pours a nice golden color with a fair head and bits of lacing. Aroma of mild citrus, fresh fruit, with a hint of malt sweetness. Taste is quit clean with a mild fruit sweetness, with a bit of citrus and malt sweetness. Mild bitterness and a dry finish. Fairly moderate body, crisp and refreshing. The 7% ABV is very well hidden. Nicely balanced. Enjoyable beer that goes down way too easy.
