COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Schlafly IPA is a session IPA, a smooth golden ale packed with the bold flavor and aroma of American hops. We crafted it in the spirit of the low gravity IPAs common in the UK where the style stands for hoppy, not heavy.

Drank out of a can. Aroma is citric and piney. Taste is heavy on the citrus small metallic taste due to the can. Small bitter aftertaste. Better then I thought it was going to be, quite surprised

On tap @ Brass Monkey, NY. Clear deep golden color with thin creamy white head, good lacing and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of strong citrus and floral hops, grassy, biscuit malt and mild yeast. Taste starts with moderate sweet malt, following is citric and grassy sour, while finish is moderate bitter with long aftertaste. Full body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Pleasantly refreshing everyday IPA...

Pours a light clear orange. Has a faint aroma of hop, citrus, floral, and light malt. Has a watered down taste to start. Then the taste is light citrus hop and grapefruit with a light hop bitter aftertaste.

Location: Drafts at Ginger Man NYC, 11/23/13

Aroma: The aroma is clean and light hops, citrus and floral, and some light malt notes
Appearance: This beer pours a copper color with a decent sized white head atop it
Flavor: The taste is clean and light with a nice blend of hop bitterness and mild sweetness
Palate: Light bodied, with a low ABV and plenty of drinkability as is common among session IPAs
Overall Impression: I thought this was a more than solid example of the style. I could easily drink a ton of these, and it is a perfect beer for that. That being said, it isn’t particularly exceptional in any of its components. Just a well-made, very drinkable, low ABV IPA.

Aroma is yeast, tropical fruit, grass and a hint towards dryness in the flavor. The flavor is tropical fruit/kiwi, citrus, hop resin, malts in the background and a very dry finish.

Draft. Hazy bright amber color, medium white head. Aroma if tropical fruit, grass. Taste is pineapple, grapefruit. Very easy drinking. Would it be redundant to say that this one is sessionable?
