Schlafly’s version of Stone’s Go To IPA. Its a light IPA. Hops are decent and it finishes clean. Nothing here is overly complex. Hops are a mix of lemon and orange. Best on a summer day on a patio. Very good. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - JUL 13, 2013
12oz can poured into a shaker. Poues a clear dark.orange with minimal head. Aroma of grassy citrus. Tastes light bitter. Piney with grassy citrus. Light bodied with a somewhat creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a verylong finish. Overall, great. I would pretty much drink this everyday. SSSteve (4006) - - NOV 5, 2013

12oz can poured into a Bug Eddy glass. Darker than the picture here, funny. Basically put its a balanced IPA with good bit of malt but not enough to take away from the hops. Has some slightly sweet hops and low bitterness. And its under 5%. A perfect balance of hops and malts without malts being bad. And its sessionable. This would be a great float trip beer. Canned on April 4, so just about 3 weeks old. Bjshades (156) - Iowa, USA - JUN 24, 2013

On tap @ Brass Monkey, NY. Clear deep golden color with thin creamy white head, good lacing and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of strong citrus and floral hops, grassy, biscuit malt and mild yeast. Taste starts with moderate sweet malt, following is citric and grassy sour, while finish is moderate bitter with long aftertaste. Full body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Pleasantly refreshing everyday IPA... Exiledmangoes (1) - - JUN 22, 2015 does not count

12oz can. Rating #35. Clear copper color with a white head. Grapefruit and a little pine with a light toasted malt aroma as well. Mild malt sweetness, a little more citrus and a mild hop aftertaste, damn good drinker! (2851) chinchill (5023) - South Carolina, USA - OCT 7, 2013
12 oz can served in a silipint.
Pours with a towering foamy head that has very good retention. The head becomes nicely creamy after it settles a bit. Clear medium amber. Gobs of sticky lacing get left on the glass
Near medium body is a tad thin. Medium+ but soft carbonation. Very creamy feel for style.
This very easy drinking "session" IPA packs a fair amount of hop aroma and flavor, but is only mildly bitter and relatively low ABV. Fruity with both citrus and tropical notes. Also a touch floral and, in tasting, herbal. Excellent sweet/bitter balance from start to finish. Bill Becker (1040) - Casper, Wyoming, USA - OCT 13, 2013
Another beer thanks to Another6Pack. Cheers Trent!
A gold pour, it comes with a 2 finger head of foam and has some good sticky lacing.
Lots of citrus in the smell, some pine, a hint or 2 of tropical fruit. Oh, and there’s also a mild malt presence. Good smeller.
Citrus and pine dominate the taste, good malty backbone though. It starts hoppy but not really bitter, settles in for a tick to some malty sweetness, then ends hoppy and where the most bitterness lies. Very tasty.
Kind of light bodied at times, other times it’s close to medium bodied. It is thinnest in the finish. As it’s only 4.5% abv, I expected something along those lines.
Tasty, smooth, easy drinking, I’m rather fond of this IPA. Another solid brew from Schlafly.
