Smells like dark tea, which is weird, but different at least. Head is a little small, but the lacing is very good - extra point for that. Kind of mild at first, but then woody hops make a nice appearance. This goes really well with the parsley I am eating right now. A grassy IPA. Mouthfeel is quite light, yet not what I would call smooth. I feel like I am licking a giant tea leaf or something. An interesting take, very English IPA, but not one of my favorites. strongpieman (1651) - Mount Airy, Maryland, USA - MAR 30, 2012
Bottle. Pale yellow, clingy white head, some suspended stuff. Very sharp bitter taste, full flavored finish. Good IPA. scooter520 (187) - - MAR 27, 2012
Bottle (3/9/12). Appearance: very clear golden orange color, foamy white head. Aroma: I really get sweet bready malts, almost brown sugar as the main player with some citrus hoppiness. Taste: Again sweet bready malts, very earthy, with tropical and orange fruitiness throughout with a quite bitter hoppy finish; interestingly balanced and complex to me. Mouthfeel: medium thin creaminess, with mild carbonation, a nice dry bitter finish. Overall: this is a surprisingly well balance IPA with clear malt and hop presence blending well with a nice bitter hop finish. I’m seriously doubting the British troops had anything this good! csaso (2361) - Missouri, USA - MAR 24, 2012

Awesome high-gravity IPA. The hops are pine and earth. Taste is not too dry but still bitter.

Pour is a hazy copper/yellow with a large, bubbly white head. Aroma is of pine needle hops, leaves, and light citrus. Flavor is on the yeasty side with nice pine needle resin and lemon peel in the body. Malty, caramel finish. Dry, light to medium bodied. jmagnus87 (3302) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - SEP 12, 2011
12oz bottle from Pick’s poured into a shaker. Pours a light orange with about 1 finger of white head. Aroma of citrus hops. Taste is medium bitter and lightly sweet. Medium bodied with lively carbonation and a long bitter finish. Overall, very good beer. I wish it were available year round. jeff789 (1423) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 11, 2011
lightly hazy golden amber minimal white head fades quickly... orange, tealike, light malts, turkey hill orange ice tea, though not really ipa like... somewhat malty, orange hops, orange dominates nicely... lively medium bodied, good, but the orange dominates in an odd way.,.
