75 cl bottle, courtesy of Greg at Churchkey, shared with Markus and Enrico in Monghidoro, to facilitate research impossible. Cloudy yellow color, large white cocoa cola style head that settles quickly to leave solid lacing. Aroma of aprioct, grapefruit and bread. Very nice malt profile, slight edge of sourness. Medium body. Good character, but high carbonation interferes somewhat. Leighton (21255) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 29, 2013
Sampled at the Funky 8 - Brooklyn, NYC. Big and sweet, faintly tangy. Dark fruits, raisins, caramel, bread. Some booze. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish with sugary malts and further dark, rich and ripe fruits. Decent. Dedollewaitor (16158) - Odense, DENMARK - MAR 22, 2010
Bottle @ Copenhaniacs tasting, Pt.1. Pours hazy deep golden with a small white head and lacings. Nose is matured malts, yeast , caramel and some tart fruit in the nose as well. Flavor is dry, tart, dusty and fruity. Medium bodied. Dry bhensonb (15194) - Woodland, California, USA - AUG 29, 2010
Capped 750 from InternetWines.com. Pours hazy gold with a foamy 3 finger near white head. Aroma is very fruity, mildly spicey/yeasty. Seems full bodied and the carbonation is sharp and foamy. Flavor is light malt with a lot of fruit and peppery spice. It’s sweet, but not all kandi. There’s something, maybe hop, that cuts the sweetness. Whatever, it’s not cloyingly sweet, and it has a lot of presence. There’s a touch of heat in the finish, but it ends well. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 16, 2010
Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Cloudy strawyellow - white head. Caramel, straw, light sourish notes, grainy, milkey, youghurt, apples, peppery, sharpness. Strange.
