Draft at taproom. Pours Apple juice color with no head. Smells like apple juice as you’d expect. A bit on the dry side but not particularly memorable. Finishes a bit watery. Not my fave thing from these guys. Travlr (24307) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - APR 16, 2015

This beer pours a very clear yellow with a medium white head that fades quickly. The aroma blends yeast and crisp apples. The taste is slightly sweet and slightly sour with a tart and dry finish, and the palate fuses a slick texture, light body, and a soft carbonation. seymour (1989) - Maplewood, Missouri, USA - SEP 15, 2014
Tasted at the 2014 Schlafly Hop In The City festival in a Berliner Weiss sampler glass. It poured a clear yellow colour with just a few weak bubbles. Looked, smelled, and tasted exactly like fermented apple juice. Yawn. RobertDale (6388) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - AUG 17, 2014

On tap @ RBSG 2014 Grand Tasting. Clear pale yellow pour with a white head. Smells of apple juice, champagne yeast, and a hint of tartness. Light lemon peel. Flavor is a bit simple. Tart lemon and apple, yeast, and apple skin. Quite dry. Not bad. jandd1983 (4276) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - AUG 7, 2011
It poured a dark blue color with minimal head. The aroma was of blueberries. The flavor was pure blueberry with some bitterness and a nice dry finish. Not a big fan of ciders, too much like a cheap wine.
