This is refreshing, if you want something with a little flavor that won’t freak out people that are used to light beers this is a pretty good choice.
Very light head, golden in color, smells faintly of honey, tastes like it smells. It's truly astounding such a bland beer exists. After several sips I was only able to pick out honey and a faint hint of malts. This is comparable to a very well made Busch style domestic lager; incredibly bland, but without the disgusting corn syrup/chemical aftertaste. Sarlacc83 (2404) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 12, 2017
Tap at airport brewpub. SG111 (2063) - New York, USA - NOV 12, 2017
A: Semi clear burnished gold with a thin ring of white head. Light lacing.
M: Corn, sulfur, cracker, some earth and floral hops. Bit of coriander and pine needle. Some rosemary. Green grape skin and pear.
T: Quite a bit of the hops shining through over the top of a malty cracker base. It's the simple things but it tastes juuust right.
M: Light body, tingling carbonation, no alcohol.
O: Very nice beer after a long plane ride. Simple and sublime.
Tap at Churchkey, DC. Pours clear golden color, white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, light pils malt. Flavor is crisp, caramel, malty sweet Klsch. jbruner (5402) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - NOV 5, 2017
Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow on tap with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave light lace. Aroma of bready grain, light grassy and floral hop notes, with a touch of light fruitiness. Taste is clean, crisp, and nicely balanced. It's a solid kolsch for sure, but nothing mind blowing. djd07 (15675) - Houston, Texas, USA - NOV 1, 2017
On tap at GABF. Pours a hazy orange gold with frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus and grass. Medium body, wheat, grass, light finish, good.

12floz bottle, BOD: 09.06.2017, $7 paid for a six-pack, pint glass. Appears a bright light gold with a few bubbles going toward the top to help sustain the off white head. Smells like a mixture of flour and sawdust (a mill floor). Lightly toasted bread flavor and body that finishes crisp, but does after grassy-hay aftertaste. I consider this to be the high bar for the style, which is aided by the fact that I can get it very fresh. Shag (3047) - Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA - AUG 12, 2017
A murky golden color with a white head. The aroma contains some lemons, peaches, bubblegum, and spices. Nice! The flavor is crisp and refreshing with some slightly bitter lemon and apples flavor. Some sweetness is detected in finish. Overall a little more complex and bitter than most of the style. I liked it. oobawa (1804) - Tennessee, USA - JUN 14, 2017
Not sure as to the integrity of this bottle; some prominent Kolsch characteristics, but also a ton of fruity lager esters, green apple and unripe strawberry mixing with the usual light malts and floral hop bitterness. More yeasty and green than bright and grassy. Finishes with a long streak of berries and peaches. close to Grisette-levels of tartness. Pretty, but pretty bad as well. Next time I’ll find a bottle where the dates aren’t mysteriously stripped away. sinfull (1820) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - MAR 1, 2017
Clear, golden color. Medium-sized , white head . Aroma of malt , fruits and hay . Malty taste with some hoppy bitterness at the end.
