Sirpringly light and tasty. Was expecting a heavier taste though it isn't overly dark compared to normal Oktoberfest. Overall pleasantly surprised would buy this afain ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a very clear copper color with a thin, lacing white head. Thick, malty aroma. Malty taste with some spices involved. Decent balance. Good brew.

12 oz. bottle picked up at Party Source from backlog notes 07. Pours a clear reddish/amber color with a foamy off white head. The aroma is a mix of toasted grains, caramel malt, and a hint of leafy hops. The flavor is mainly toasted malts, light hints of caramel, some grass, and light leafy hops. Medium bodied and easy to drink. This is a fairly decent Oktoberfest.

Bottle. Pours a clear orangish copper body under a small fizzy white head that had pretty decent retention. The nose is showing a bit too much grainy and husky notes as well as a fairly heavy Munich malt sweetness. Smells OK overall, but makes me leery that this will be as smooth as I want. The flavor is a bit bland and boring, the munich malt is not as heavy or thick as I’d like, it comes across as more of an amber ale malt bill. Just a light hint of hops on the back end, but not enough to make an impact. Lighter bodied with a husky texture and fizzy carbonation. Not one the impresses me too much overall.

This is a pretty solid oktoberfest. Sweet, malty, with some nice crispness adding a bit at the end.

Bottle at home. Pours clear amber with a medium, frothy off-white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is toast and nutty malt, dates, earthy and spicy hops. Flavor is tart green apple and malt, vinegar, and vegetal with light hops and bitterness and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. Acetaldehyde is rampant in the flavor.

12 oz. bottle thanks to queenholly. Part of a side-by-side-by- side tasting. Dark copper pour with spotty lace. Aroma is sweet caramel and grain. Flavor is slight sweet malt and toasted grains, quaffable but not very exciting. Maybe it’s falling off… has that old malt flavor but not in a good way.

12oz bottle. Deep bronze with spotty white head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt. Rich spicy malt flavor that starts sweet and finishes dry. Good fall beer.
