UPDATED: FEB 18, 2003 Bottled. Pale amber. Fruity nose with notes of cherry. Sweet and completely dominated by crystal malt flavour. Low hop rate and near watery mouthfeel. Low bitterness. After their Pilsner and Winter ESB this was a bit of a let down. bhensonb (15967) - Woodland, California, USA - APR 21, 2008
Bottle. Aroma is light caramel. Light copper color with a minimal white head. Near medium body with coarse carbonation. Flavor is caramel with nearly enough floral hop to balance. Finish is mildly bitter. Somewhat of an over carbonated ESB (over the pond style). Works for me. Tmoney99 (15120) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 3, 2006

Draught at the Lambert St. Louis airport location. Pours a lightly hazed golden-orange color with a thin and dense ivory colored head that stays for a bit. Stringy lacing. The aroma has hints of sweet malt and hops. Medium, smooth body with a straightforward combination of nutty malt, hops and citrus flavors. The finish is on the sweet malty side with a slightly bitter hops aftertaste. Fairly non-descript EPA all around, but very welcome in an airport.
