Had from a 12oz bottle into a pint glass. I have to say this stuff was average and quite unamazing.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2009 guest review from A-dam: With notes of banana and sweat wrung from an unconscious septugenarian wino, pairs nicely with brie, capers, rufies, and peppadew.best served colllldddd.z

lithy (2996) - Capital of Appalachia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 28, 2009
Sampled at the 8th Annual Music City Brewer’s Festival. Ugly red-orange, white foam. Odd wheat and sour aroma, not much fruit. The taste is the same, little raspberry to be found, but tastes like a decent hefe with a light spiciness and good wheat body.

hogan873 (451) - Joliet, Illinois, USA - JUL 27, 2009
Not very impressive. Pale amber with some reddish highlights. Light aroma of wheat and raspberry. Somewhat watery palate. The flavor is only slightly better than the aroma. Malty and wheat smoothness with some artificial raspberry up front leads to a somewhat bitter finish. Fairly refreshing, but nothing too exciting.

illinismitty (2271) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 26, 2009
Sampled at the Music City Brewers Festival. Pours amber with some reddish hue and a white head. Aroma of raspberry and ale esters. Light bodied with a fizzy carbonation. Flavor is of pale wheat malts, raspberry koolaid, and saccharin. Not enjoyable for me. I poured it out.

nqualls (1452) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 6, 2009

Source:Six pack from Frugal MacDoogal’s.
Glass:Hefe glass.
Appearance:Red/gold pour with a two finger white head.
Aroma:Raspberry and a hint of biscuit.
Flavor:Raspberry and spices with a tart finish.
Palate:Medium/light body with solid carbonation.
Overall:I liked this a lot...not sure about the low ratings.

drjay44 (3679) - Salida, Colorado, USA - JUL 3, 2009
12 oz. bottle. pours a thin head, poor duration, over a pale yellow with some reddish tinges slightly cloudy body......nose is primarily raspberry.......taste initially is mild malts, and then raspberry, ending with a slightly tart finish......mouthfeel is light, carbonation light also. An OK but remarkably uncomplicated brew.

unclemike (3115) - Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA - JUN 30, 2009
Pours an interesting hazy light brown / pink with a quickly disappearing head. Aroma is all tart raspberries. Light bodied beer with a lot of carbonation. Taste is a bit watery. Rasperberries are noticable, but more sour and diluted than on the aroma. The flavor does not deliver what the aroma previewed. This is an okay beer, but nothing to get excited about

DerBiermeister (586) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - JUN 28, 2009
Kind of tastes like an organic wheat beer with a light tinge of raspberry. For a Schlafly offering, this is most disappointing. Every thing else I’ve had by Schlafly is stellar. And I love raspberry beers. But this one is just like a weak, organic (i.e. watery) beer.

rader58 (899) - Leawood, Kansas, USA - JUN 24, 2009
Pours a pink tinted golden color. Aroma of Raspberry. Surprisingly subtle raspberry flavor that complements the wheat quite well. Not bad.
