12 ounce bottle. Hazy gold color. Frothy white head with nice clinging lace. Faint fruity malt nose. Bittersweetet hops upfront. Notes of mango and sweet citrus. Nice balance between malt and hops yield a flavorful IPA. Some bready notes in finish. Overall a very good IPA. jbruner (5720) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - DEC 20, 2015
Pours a hazy golden yellow from the bottle with fluffy off-white head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma of bready sweet malts and earthy dank hops. Taste follows, bittersweet finish. This is not an ideal batch of galaxy, but not a bad IPA. hershiser2 (3968) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - DEC 19, 2015
Bottle. Hazy golden. Grapefruit aroma with hints of earth. Taste is bitter grapefruit peel, cat pee (I don't know what cat pee tastes like but the taste reminds me of the smell for some odd reason), soap, and light floral notes.

12oz bottle, courtesy of gregwilsonstl, pours with a crystal clear pure gold body that supports a thin white head. The aroma offers up sweet cantaloupe and clementine and mango to go along with a spicy garlic like hoppiness in the background. The taste delivers a hoppy bitter bite with grapefruit, spicy onion and pineapple. To midway mild juicy citrus and tropical fruit notes are noticed and lightly sweetened by the subtle soft sweet malt base. Solid IPA with up front fruity hop bitterness. gyllenbock (10355) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - DEC 10, 2015
Bottle. (thanks Wolff)
A bit hazy golden/yellow with a large head. Aroma and taste of citrus, hops, some pineapple and hay. Medium body and with a bitter finish. A descent one.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a bright orange color with a large white head. A big citrus nose, tropical, some biscuit. Rich orange tea, soft citrus, fluffy, biscuit sweet malts. Galaxy hops showcased so well here. Kinda funky. Very good. Foxchainman (17) - Fox Lake, Illinois, USA - NOV 30, 2015
Great show case of Galaxy hops. Great passion fruit and pineapple hop derived fruitiness. Yum! Some galaxy hopped IPAs have a slight grassy background taste but Schlafly TIPA pulled off the use of Australian hops very tastefully. So sad it is not a ear round offering. ganache (6137) - New Jersey, USA - NOV 29, 2015
Bottle (and a low fill line!) [bottled on 09/11/2015 -- wow, this tastes much, much fresher]. Nose is heavy rind and citrus juice, touch pineapple an tropical fruit, pine. Pours brilliant orange-golden with a dense cream head, thin lace. Taste dry with a little residual hop sweetness, starting to really crank the authentic pineapple toward the finish; bitterness is high, light tang to match the fruitiness, fullish body is crisp and snappy. Touch resin and mineral in the finish, very faint vegetal, just enough for character, and more lemon and faint tangerine. Fresh pine, some grapefruit (it’s mostly generic ’citrus,’ even if it does play well against the distinct pineapple). Clean with controlled alcohol, no heat. Just enough grainy pils-type malt underneath to balance somewhat, but on the whole, if you said this were 11oz of fruit juice with an ounce of beer added, I think most people would believe you. A real showcase for this hop. Impressive! [2015.11.29: 4.3] tnkw01 (1858) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - NOV 23, 2015
Bottle. Deep gold in color with a tad of a hazy look. Small to medium head with quite a bit of lace. Aroma was very strong citrus, grapefruit and pineapple. Taste was overwhelmingly grapefruit with hints of orange peel, pineapple and spruce. CopterScott (254) - Kansas, USA - NOV 17, 2015
slightly hazy yellow color with a thin white head. aroma is strong citrus and pine hopes. Flavor is more pine than citrus and light malts.
