Bottle (a nice one at that). Textbook pour -- bright yellow and active, with a bountiful fruity aroma. Rich with an earthy, yeasty undertow, this beer hides its 10% fangs well, drinking with a nice, light fruit-salad appeal. Kick-butt "light" beer -- introduce your non-beer-drinking friends to this one. (#4012, 11/7/2010) michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 4, 2010

Tastes of malt, Belgian yeast, alcohol, light coriander, light clove, and a hint of hops. Medium body. Average texture. Average to lively carbonation. Belgian yeast, coriander, alcohol, clove, and malt finish is lightly dry. 10%ABV is present and hot in the flavor. unclemattie (4358) - Georgia, USA - NOV 2, 2010
750mL bottle, Yellow Cap. Golden amber color. Heavenly Tripel Aroma. Honey, rubbing alcohol, green banana, and lots of fruity esters. Flavor of distant coriander, candi sugar, fresh banana, fruity esters, some alcohol. High ABV. Kinda too strong for me today, maybe more for a personal occasion. Very nice. A top notch Abbey Tripel. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - OCT 9, 2010
75cl bottle. Large off-white head atop murky yeast-filled amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, banana, straw, some clove, light bubblegum. Taste is moderately sweet, banana, some boozy, straw, light clove. Sticky medium-full body. marcus (10337) - Sacramento, California, USA - SEP 27, 2010
Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours cloudy golden with a thin white head and a toffee and fruit aroma. There is a sweet and sour pale malt flavor with some interesting spice and a fruity bitter finish. A unique version of Belgian-style tripel that is very tasty.

750 from Randall’s Wines and Spirits. Pours dark hazy gold with a foamy 4 finger off-white head. Aromas of yeast, peachy stone fruit and kandi. Near full bodied with frothy carbonation. It is very fruity in a slightly cooked way. The yeast/spice seems mildly peppery. With time the pepper seems to build in the mouth. Not a lot going on here, but the flavor is fairly intense and keeps the attention. Very good. mensch (289) - Loveland, Colorado, USA - SEP 7, 2010
Cloudy pale golden colored. Yeasty, lemony sour aroma. Light and fizzy on the tongue. Bright and dry malt flavors-apricots and sherry. Incredibly well disguised 10% abv. After putting all this work and all that malt into this beer, I would like to have some more assertive flavor and aroma knocking on my noggin. I suspect too much sugar and an overreliance on a venerable yeast strain. Still, a very pleasing quaff. thornecb (5949) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - AUG 27, 2010
Pours clear gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to skim surface leaving spot lacing. Sweet candi and alcohol aromas. Sweet and hot with front to back roasted caramel and hay. Burning finish. dmac (6339) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - AUG 26, 2010
750 ml bottle from Canal’s Hainesport. Pours a good looking mostly clear light ornge body with an average sized fluffy super bright white head. Aroma is all over the place. Initial aroma is grainy and slightly sweet. Next aromas of appl cider vinegar, buble gum, bananan peels, and lots of alcohol creep in. The body is fuller with some noticeable alcohol warming, a fuller mouthfeel with super strong carbonation and a dry finish. Flavors of grains, dry banana peels, alcohol and old dried out sugar.Sorry but I’ve had much better triples then this. jcwattsrugger (12462) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - AUG 8, 2010
