Pours a clear amber with spare head and little lacing. Aromas of caramel malt heavy, with some light, flower hops. Medium bodied with sticky mouthfeel. Average carbonation. Moderately sweet and lightly acidic. I enjoyed this one!
Sampled at the 2013 Heritage Festival. It poured a reddish/amber color with a white head. The aroma was malty with some citrus fruits. The taste was similar, with a medium body and well-balanced. Well done. seymour (1985) - Maplewood, Missouri, USA - SEP 17, 2012
Sampled on tap at the 2012 Schlafly Hop In The City festival. It poured a medium orangish-amber color with a thin but persistent off-white head. Aromas of pils malt, strong caramel, floral and slightly peppery noble (Saaz?) hops. 100% true-to-style Vienna flavors as well: balanced malt sweetness to citrusy hops bitterness, complex caramelized sugars. Light-medium body, average carbonation, smooth and creamy mouthfeel, lasting tangy aftertaste. Low alcohol, super-easy drinking. Just plain enjoyable. alcaponejunior (438) - Texas, USA - FEB 20, 2012
Clear and amber with a pretty good head and lacing. Sweet and richly malty, with a touch of fruit and some bready notes. Hop balance was nice. Body was light and extremely drinkable. I don’t remember the ABV but I think it was light and highly sessionable. A great beer for lunch at the taproom! phaleslu (10099) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 20, 2010
Draft sample at Hop in the City 2010. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma of Munich malts, caramel, toast, nuts, and peppery hops. Flavor follows suit for the most part, and the commercial description of a light, malty Oktoberfest is exactly what I’d say about it. Light-medium bodied, with a malty mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Sessionable.

Reddish-orange-amber with sweet biscuit nose... cookies with notes of orange zest. Moderately sweet malty taste, lightly bitter, with that zesty note. Could be drier and a touch hoppier, but it gets the point across. ContemplateBeer (2089) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - APR 10, 2010
Aroma of grapes and light floral hops. Appearance is reddish brown with tan head. Flavor matches the nose with some nuttiness and biscuit. Palate is lively and foamy. Not wild about the style, but alright. Gregis (1281) - Stilwell, Kansas, USA - APR 25, 2008
Pours a crystal clear light copper with a thin off-white head. The nose is a muted but pleasant bready malt with a light floral hop note in support. The palate is light+bodied and thin with a moderately dry finish. The flavor is of slightly sweet, bready malt ending with a light touch of bittering hops. A nice example of the style. vyvvy (6392) - Florissant, Missouri, USA - APR 19, 2008
Pours light copper with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet caramel that is very clean with good toast and hazelnut traits. The body is clean, crisp and light with sharp carbonation. The taste is spot on with the aroma along with some spice showing up on the finish. This is quite good for the style. rederic (3335) - montréal, Quebec, CANADA - APR 14, 2008
On tap at the Tap Room, bright amber-orang color, with a small white head, toasted, faint caramelized malt nose, with a biscuity dough accent, some floral hop orangey, citrusy aromas follow through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, toasty, caramel malt, zesty, orange hop fruity character, with some citrus flowery hop bitter accents, leading towards a malty, hop citrusy, dry finish.
