COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Schlappeseppel Weißbier is a very soft beer, because wheat malt " has only a very fine peel. Brewing by top fermentation with cultured yeast provides this wheat beer with a fruity and/or even flowery aroma. Due to the higher content of carbonic acid it is especially refreshing and digestible.

Bottle shared with Sarah on holiday in Fuertaventra. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a frothy white head, Aroma is doughy wheat, banana, banana bread. Flavour is composed of semi sweet doughy wheat, banana phenols, mineral, slightly soapy finish. Palate is frothy prickly carbonation, creamy, decent hefe.

Una Hefe Weissbier de color dorado sin filtrar con alta carbonatación. Su aroma resalta la levadura y el trigo. Su sabor es dulce donde predomina el cereal (trigo), con toques de bizcocho y un final suave y cremoso. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Great Weizen. Aroma of soap powder: floral and clean. Decent pour, nice and spritely and dark yellow in sight. Taste is overripe banana, a little bitter, and cloves. Is a late summer Weizen: fizzy and overripe, yet very crisp. Excellent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
