COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Schlappeseppel Special is brewed with special malts. These malts already contain caramelized sugar. About 60 % of the quality of this beer can be traced back to this harmonic flavour. The result is an amber-coloured, full-bodied, balanced beer.

Moravius (1238) - Beijing, CHINA - APR 6, 2015
Flasche (33 cl) aus einem Edeka in Nordhessen. - Dunkelorangegelb, klar.

Aroma: herbs and malty. Appearance: clear golden color, white head. Taste: low bitterness, malty, artificial pharmaceutical aftertaste (awful and disgusting), honey. Palate: low body and really high carbonation, iron aftertaste. Overall: Ugly.

Looks like a very pale amber ale or a very dark pilsner. The taste is darker than the look - slightly but not quite bavarian, with notes of rock candy, beechwood, heat, pilsner hops and caramel.
