COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hell und kräftig.
Due to its high amount of malt, Schlappeseppel bock beer possesses an increased intensity of all perceivable aromas. This gold coloured beer has a strong, full-bodied and complex taste resulting from the malt and hop aromas.

Dorada cobriza. Buena cantidad de espuma. Aroma ligero, dulce, malteado. Sabor también ligero, predominantemente malteado y no muy complejo. Rico tono de caramelo. Cuerpo y carbonatación medios. Está bien, sin destacar especialmente en nada.

Erzengel (9467) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JAN 19, 2014
Sehr hellgelbe Farbe. Frisch-hopfiger Geruch, leicht muffig.
--> Nicht mein Bier.

Nice beer. Pours a medium gold color with an even thin head. Aroma is a bit dough-like with tingly alcohol. Flavor comes through with some honey and dried fruits. Not long on aftertaste. A reasonably easy drinker...I enjoyed it.

Lowenbrau (4727) - Asturias, SPAIN - SEP 30, 2013
330ml bottle. Malty, honey, sweet aromas. Pours quite clear golden, with nice vanishing white head, no lacing. Medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is sweet, some liquorice, malty, honey, some spicy. Balanced. Enjoyable.

Quack-Duck (9533) - Down South, GERMANY - FEB 23, 2013
bottle from pivnizub! Clear golden colour, mid-sized white head. Malty, hints of honey and vanilla. Nice heller Bock.

3.2
stevoj (5567) - Boise, Idaho, USA - DEC 27, 2012
Some spiciness in this bock, akin to coriander. Murky golden color with thin head, aroma of pears and malt. Taste has sharp edge to it, tingling the tongue A bit different for a German brew, but not bad.
