Standard lager colored with little yellow head. Bready aroma with thin hops, slight lemon also here. Medium bodied. Flavor is also bready-grainy with lemon in start, biting hops come up in aftertaste. Not very typical pils, some unbalance here. MiP (16054) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAY 9, 2009
Draught in Mürsbach. OK fruity aroma. Clear pale golden colour. The flavour is mildly bready with a little citrus. Big stable white head. Clean and mild. Quite süffig. pivnizub (10904) - Bochum, GERMANY - SEP 25, 2005
Bottle (bought at the brewery): Pale golden, thin white head, a bit sticking to the glass, hazy; spicy aroma of fresh hay with a tinge of resin; moderate bitter-sweet flavour; gentle hoppy-aromatic finish; light to medium bodied, smooth and gentle; quite right, pleasant and very well quaffable.......... (bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a medium foamy white head. Floral hoppy nose with citrus and passion fruits and a bit of cake dough. Aromatic mouthfeel with malts and fruits and a fine floral and crispy dense hoppy finish. A very tasty brew.

Bottle. Blonde and a bit hazy. Both looks and flavor are un-pilsener like. For Dutch and Norther German pilsdrinkers, that is. Very malty flavor with a good hop character and licorice. Just a bit of tropical fruit and licorice in the aftertaste. More a kellerbier as a pilsener, nevertheless a fine beer.
