Bottled, thanks Bierkrug! Clear golden, rich firm head. Distinct grainy nose with spicy hoppiness. Firm meaty malt forms a slender body. Soft, yet with substance and backbone. Spicecd with generous amounts of spicy, oily hops. Distinct bitter finish. Well crafted pilsner with real character.

It’s warm golden with a creamy, white head and the aroma has notes of malt, bread, flower, light straw and biscuit. The flavour has a moderately/light sweetness and notes of malt, light butterscotch, biscuit, light straw and the finish is slightly dry. It’s a very charming pilsner.

The flavor has strong notes of straw, and malt, as well as medium notes of bread, sulphur, and hops, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing and Timo for bringing it to Denmark.
