330ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a small white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is caramel and cereal grains. Taste is malty sweet with a grassy hop bitterness. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Not a very good bock at all and not recommended. Palme (4816) - Bergen, NORWAY - SEP 21, 2012
0.33l bottle. This is a crystal clear pale golden one with a medium sized light bubbly white head. It smells light sweet with some corn, also I get tones of fruity zesty melon and that’s just about that. Not extreme, not exciting, not bad either, just a bit dull. In the flavor this has some clear alcohol touches. Watery ans thin melon dominates, pale malty flavor and traces of corn and irony copper. No clear off flavors, but this is not one I will remember for a long time. 22.06.2012 thewolf (12735) - Kolding, DENMARK - SEP 17, 2012

Bottle in Genoa purchased from Enoteca Squillari as ’Birra Magalotti 1845 Doppio Malto Bionda’. Clear gold beer, good white head. Light palate, a little dry. Sweet pale malt, almost sugary sweet. Creamy as well. Some buried marmaladey citrus prevents stepping over the line to ’sicklyville’. Dry finish. Not terrible!
.33l bottle as ’Magalotti Doppio Birra’ (an alias) in Umbria, Italy. Pale, slightly heavy lager pour. mild malt, slightly higher alc nose to normal local lager. Ok, not terrible, slightly heavy sour and touch of bittering. typical euro strong JanEric (1241) - Meppel, NETHERLANDS - AUG 11, 2011
Bottle in Italia as magalotti 1845. Light blonde to golden colour, small head. Sweety aroma and and a sweetish taste, a bit dry, with hone6y and almonds. A bit alcoholic but not that that bad. mickmac (488) - Ngunnawal, AUSTRALIA - JUN 17, 2011
Bottle. Clear golden body with a large, loose, white foamy head. Aroma:taste of honey, biscuit and peaches with a spicy body and a slightly sweet finish. Medium to full bodied. Nice. Koelschtrinker (21064) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 7, 2011

Bottled 0,33L. BIRRA MAGALOTTI BOCK 1845.
Intense golden color, very good bubbly aspect. Modest resistance head duration. Much gaunt aroma, realy inconsistant. Good taste with notes of "aged honey", mellow, clear aged grapes, sweet caramel final.
