Pours copper/orange with small of white head. The aroma has hefty malt, some alcohol, lots of sugar and milk caramel. It has pretty full body with light carbonation. The taste starts with alcohol, cotton candy, richness, cobwebs, ripe apples and syrup. The finish is smooth and had rich caramel. Not for me. Sebilinz (2345) - Linz, AUSTRIA - OCT 23, 2015

caramel, vanilla, dried fruits, dark golden color, clear and with a frothy white foam head, heavy cloying sweetness, almost no bitterness, full body, oily feel, slick feel, soft carbonation, long finish, mike_77 (6668) - Breda, NETHERLANDS - AUG 5, 2015
Light brown with no head. Aroma is sweet with sugary dried fruits like dates and raisins. Flavour is similarly sweet. Also with honey and caramel. A bit warming from the alcohol.

Bottle from notes. Pours a crystal clear golden amber color with a small dirty white head. The aroma is sweet, honey, alcohol, some caramel, toffee and very fruity. The flavor is a whole lot of sweet caramel malt, toffee, honey, and alcohol. Dark fruits and a little vanilla make an appearance. This is on the thick, oily side of things. I think it may be a bit too sweet for even me. This one is too be sipped. mcberko (17837) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 26, 2015
On tap at PIB 2015, pours a deep dark brown with a reddish brown and a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts, dark fruits, and toffee. Flavour is quite sweet, with sugary sweet candied sugar, cotton candy and alcohol. Not too boozy for being 14%. Nicely constructed but rather extreme for drinking in more than tiny samples. Good stuff. weihenweizen (3826) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - JUN 11, 2015
Refrigerated brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear golden with very small white head. Aroma is light oak, medium body, low carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is rich barrel, mineral malt, and booze heat. Travlr (24781) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAY 31, 2015
Bottle. Clear golden amber color, medium white head. Nice aroma of raisins, dates, cherry. Taste has lots of sweet fruit, vanilla, licorice. Boozy. A sipper. Sdaniel90 (1082) - Mexico City, MEXICO - APR 17, 2015
Bottle, 33cl. Clear copper with the most minimal of heads. Musky aroma of caramel, leather, spices, alcohol. Medium to robust bodied with moderate to flat carbonation. Intensely sweet, like licor, with a fiery dried fruit and alcohol character and a dense a bitter finish. Very rich and pleasant.
