50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a chalkwhite head. Aroma is mild and crisp grassy hoppy. Light sweet malt base and crisp bitterness, nicely and refreshing balance. Dry and crisp bitter finish.

pivnizub (10904) - Bochum, GERMANY - SEP 11, 2009
Bottle (kindly delivered by Quack-Duck!): Clear, golden, big fluffy persistent bleached head; vegetables in the grassy-hoppy nose, covering a sweet-grainy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, soft MF; lingering hoppy and pale-malty finish. Well balanced and pleasant........

MoritzF (10199) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - SEP 3, 2009
(bottle) Clear, greenish golden colour with a fluffy white head. Moderately sweet and strawy, also slightly doughy malty aroma with a herbal and slightly grassy hoppy touch. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Solid pale malty, slightly strawy taste with herbal accents; quite dry, slightly doughy malty and herbal hoppy finish. Easy-going Pilsener. 02.IX.09

Quack-Duck (9540) - Down South, GERMANY - AUG 5, 2009
bottle, bought in Wolnzach. Clear pale yellow colour with a large and creamy white head. Grassy-gesiny hop aroma. Solid malty base with lots of hop flavours that are grassy and resiny, with hints o f hay and mfreshly cut grass. Full of aromatic hops, pleasantly bitter. A delicious example of the style, brilliant!

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Starts modest dry, fine hoppy notes, a bit flowery, very fresh. Finish well balanced, slight bitterness. Really good!
