Amber colour. Sweet and slightly artificially citrus-fruity nose with a touch of soda and a shy malty background.

Bottle. Clear amber color with white head. Aroma is bready, sweet syrup, sugary lemonade, touch of cardboard. Taste is the same. Cloyingly sweet. Oh my, this is not a good Radler.

Reconqvista (339) - Madrid, SPAIN - APR 18, 2015
Dark amber colored beer with a disappearing beige head. Aroma is citric with some roasted caramel notes. Flavor is sweet, caramel like and lemon. Body is watery and carbonation is low. No end.

Süffig-dunkles Radler. Süßlich-malzig, frische Zitronenlimonade, süßlich-mild, nicht zu tief, süßlich-zitronig-süßlich. Schade.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkel bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch süß nach Limonade, leicht malzig. Geschmack süß nach Limonade, minimaler Biergeschmack.

Bottle on the train from Freising to Regensburg, Bamberg post Christmas jolly day 1. Pours clear, rich gold with a thick, white head. Super sweet with heavy sugars, orange, lemon. Just lots of invasive, hefty sugars, really. Light bodied with average carbonation. Cloying sweetness to finish, light brown sugar, fruits, sugary syrup. Ugh.

Theydon_Bois (20139) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - FEB 18, 2014
Bottle (from Rewe Freising), on the train from Freising to Regensburg, Bamberg post Xmas jolly day 1 - 24/01/14. Hazed golden amber with a good sized ’just’ off white head. Nose is lemon, straw, light sugars - typical Radler aromas. Taste comprises brown sugars, sweet tang, citric notes. Light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, sweet close. Decent enough ’dark’ radler. Dark - living the metal lifestyle !?!

Bottle share on a train tasting on Bamberg Jolly day 1 24/1/14. Clear caramel amber coloured pour. Aroma is lemon, metal and caramel. Flavour is horrible sickly sweet, bread, watery and lemon finish. Burnt sugar. Bad Bad stuff.
