COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Feingehopft nach Pilsener Brauart. Die Rohstoffe für dieses Bio-Bier aus streng nach Bioland-Vorschriften kontrolliertem Anbau, also ohne chemische Pflanzenbehandlung (Spritzmittel) und nur natürlich gedüngt (Mist). Die von Bioland geforderte Brauwasserqualität muß folgende Kriterien erfüllen: Tiefquellwasser ungechlort, nicht UV-bestrahlt und unter 20 mg Nitrat pro Liter. Unser Spitzen-Tiefbrunnenwasser (unter 0,2 mg Nitrat pro Liter) übertrifft diese Bioland-Vorgaben bei weitem.

Pour from a bottle at The Taste of DC event in Washington DC. Poured a slightly hazy, clear golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light sweet malts. Light floral hops, earthy hop notes. Light spicy grain notes.

Where and how: VB festival
Aroma: clean and malty with hops being mostly hidden.
Appearance :
Top: rocky, medium sized head.
Base: clear gold
Palate : medium lighter bodied, average finish.
Taste: Perle(?) hops are showing more that in aroma. Nice meadow like character. Soft malt base. Tasty brew.
other notes best of their beers so far I had.

Clear, golden yellow body, slow effervescence, half inch of pure white head. Hints of fruit, yeast, bread. Simple, elegant, understated, lovely. Chuggable. A delicious and straightforward offering. Tasty!

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2015 Flasche (50 cl) im „Exklusiv-Karton" per Post von der Brauerei. - Goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase nicht sehr kräftige aber angenehme, zart fenchelähnliche Hopfennoten. - Antrunk mild hopfig mit Fenchel, mildem Gras und einem Spritzer Zitronenschale zur Abrundung. Milde, reintönige Malzsüße. Mild rezent, weder schlank noch vollmundig. Im Abgang milde Hopfenherbe. Schwacher aber ausreichender Nachtrunk. - Elegantes Helles, zart gehopft und mild malzsüß, sehr rein und nirgends fade - das perfekte Alltagsbier. Aber warum „Pilsner Brauart“? Dafür bräuchte es doch etwas mehr Hopfen. - Ähnelt zum Verwechseln dem „Fattigauer Bier", das von Stelzer für den Leipziger Bio-Händler Egenberger Lebensmittel produziert wird.
