Bottle 50cl.
Clear yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft, finish has a light metalic feel. [20081129]

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Mild citrusy fresh hops aroma. Mild sweet at first but with a solid citrusy fruity and bitter flavour taking over. Goes into a refreshing bitter and citrusy finish.

Ungstrup (38423) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 29, 2008
Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a touch of caramel and honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a bitter straw finish.

[email protected] Pint Pub, Helsinki (old backlog). Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head, that leaves some slight lace. Aroma is bready malts, hay, grass, some mild floral and herbal notes as well. Flavour is rather similar with also some slight cardboardy and papery notes. Quite thin as well.

Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 15, 2009
Bottle 50 cl. A clear yellow beer with a handsome white head. Clean malty nose with a whiff of flowery hops. Medium body, some maltiness but overwhelmingly dominated by a fairly dry hopping that leaves quite some bitterness. 291108

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Pils mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch herb, grasig, leicht getreidig. Geschmack startet bitter hopfig, grasig.

Koelschtrinker (21492) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - DEC 13, 2016
Heller, süß muffiger Beginn. Dumpf hopfig, minimal herb-getreidig. Wirkt fehlerhaft. 8/5/6/5/8/5

Dedollewaitor (16393) - Odense, DENMARK - APR 21, 2017
Bottle @ Bayreuth. Pours clear pale Yellow with a bubbly head. Soothing buttery aroma. Flavor adds dusty grainy and more kærgården. NOT a fan of this particular schlossbrauerei.

MiP (15973) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - DEC 14, 2008
Bottle, 4.7%. Refreshing hay aroma. Clear pale golden colour, small stable white head. The flavour is nicely malty and dusty with a hint of fresh white bread. The bitterness has a little bite, slightly rough.

crossovert (13914) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 1, 2017
500ml bottle. 25 days before its "best by". Pours a clear gold, quickly dissipating white foamy head. Aroma is grainy and lagery, a touch old, but not wholly oxidized. Flavor is grainy and sweet, properly oxidized, autolyzed yeast, sweetness actually helps. I would like to try it fresh.
