Clear golden with a medium white head. Lots of straw in the aroma, but also malty and lemonade. Light bitter taste with a more malty ending.

Bottle(purchased at the brewery): Golden, faint haze, very stable, very creamy lacing white head, sweet-grainy, also cardboardy nose with molecular grassy hops on the edges; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, a bit sourish, soft MF; lingering sweet-malty finish with some grassy hops in the aftertaste. Not great...

It’s golden with a creamy head and notes of flower, grain and malt. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of flower, malt, slightly bitter grain, straw and the finish is dry and slightly bitter.

500 ml bottle. Thanks Timo A.
Pours a clear golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of grainy malts, grass and wet earth. Flavour of grainy malts, citrus, strong grassy hops and some weak herbal notes. Has that certain organic feeling. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and a bitter, grassy finish. Good.

motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - NOV 3, 2007
bottled, at cafe puschkin in leipzig. quite pale yellow, lasting white head, aroma of white grape and self-raising flour, light-bodied, mild bitterness. average for a german pils but pretty good for a bio bier

Idiosynkrasie (7625) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAR 8, 2013
500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Bitter hoppy aroma with a grassy touch, some strawy notes. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, cautious bitter hoppy overtones, in the finish a spicy touch of hay and husk. Very balanced and drinkable, nice taste.

Radek Kliber (7369) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - SEP 2, 2016
Where and how: VB festival
Aroma: clean and malty with hops being mostly hidden.
Appearance :
Top: rocky, medium sized head.
Base: clear gold
Palate : medium lighter bodied, average finish.
Taste: Perle(?) hops are showing more that in aroma. Nice meadow like character. Soft malt base. Tasty brew.
other notes best of their beers so far I had.
