Very solid, German efficiency in a bottle. Crisp, dry, a bit spicy and well balanced. Refreshing. yespr (48876) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - DEC 30, 2008
50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Mild citrusy fresh hops aroma. Mild sweet at first but with a solid citrusy fruity and bitter flavour taking over. Goes into a refreshing bitter and citrusy finish. MiP (16054) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - DEC 14, 2008
Bottle, 4.7%. Refreshing hay aroma. Clear pale golden colour, small stable white head. The flavour is nicely malty and dusty with a hint of fresh white bread. The bitterness has a little bite, slightly rough. lusikka (7833) - Tampere, FINLAND - NOV 27, 2012

Pours a clear golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of grainy malts, grass and wet earth. Flavour of grainy malts, citrus, strong grassy hops and some weak herbal notes. Has that certain organic feeling. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and a bitter, grassy finish. Good.
Bottle bought from store near Seven Locks. Pours light yellow, light faint bitterness, light body. Radek Kliber (7501) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - SEP 2, 2016

Aroma: clean and malty with hops being mostly hidden.
Top: rocky, medium sized head.
Base: clear gold
Palate : medium lighter bodied, average finish.
Taste: Perle(?) hops are showing more that in aroma. Nice meadow like character. Soft malt base. Tasty brew.
other notes best of their beers so far I had.
Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a touch of caramel and honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a bitter straw finish. Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 15, 2009
Bottle 50 cl. A clear yellow beer with a handsome white head. Clean malty nose with a whiff of flowery hops. Medium body, some maltiness but overwhelmingly dominated by a fairly dry hopping that leaves quite some bitterness. 291108
