Bottle, 5.0%. Hoppy aroma, hint of flowery aroma hops. Clear yellow colour. Small white head. Good malty flavour, medium bitterness. The aroma hops are also in the flavour, nice and spicy. bierkoning (13689) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - AUG 20, 2016
Bottle. Golden color. Floral hops and a hint of butter in the aroma. Malty floral buttery flavor. Diacetyl spoils the fun. Medium bodied. bu11zeye (13215) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - AUG 23, 2011
(500ml bottle, courtesy of blutt59) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of grass, grain, and straw. Flavor of grain, grass, light earthiness, and some sweet malt. hopscotch (11236) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - FEB 19, 2011
Bottle... February in Franconia (2011)… Clear yellow lager with a mid-sized, fizzy, white head. Good retention. The nose is of honey and white pepper. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. The flavor is light biscuit and honey accompanied by snappy hop bitterness. Crisp, clean finish. As it turns out, this was a great accompaniment to Broken Barrel’s smoked bbq ribs. Thanks go out to erlangernick and Koelschtrinker for making this month of Franconia lagers possible! pivnizub (10811) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - SEP 2, 2007
Bottle (bought at the pivovar): Pale golden, clear, mid-sized, lacing and stable fluffy white head; grassy hops and cardboard in the aroma; solid bitter, but also malty-sweetish flavour; light to medium bodied; dry, bitter, grassy, cardboardy finish. O.K., but no glory.........

Pours clear golden color with a small head. Aroma of stuffy cellar notes, yeast, malts, some fruits and toffee hints. Flavor of yeast, toffee, hay, mild butter and some malts. A bit stuffy, medium co2.
It’s golden with a huge, creamy head, and the aroma has notes of malt, straw, flower and a hint of metal. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, flower, straw, and the finish is bone-dry. MoritzF (10095) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - JUN 21, 2007
(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a dense medium-sized foamy white head. Strong grassy hops aroma with a shy, but slightly perfumed malty tinge. Medium-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Grassy hoppy taste on a soft malty base; dry and medium-bitter finish with grassy hops character. Drinkable but one-dimensional and a bit boring. Quack-Duck (9533) - Down South, GERMANY - NOV 29, 2008
bottle from bierzwerg. Clear pale golden yellow, very large and rocky white head. Hoppy nose. Intenisvely hoppy in flavour, with a soolid malty background. Not too bitter but full of grassy and resiny hop flavours. A superb brew. laiti (8513) - Tampere, FINLAND - NOV 19, 2012
50 cl bottle @ Timo A, BBE 08.01.2013
Aroma has butter, some grainy malt, grassy hops and hay. Flavour is rather strong on grassy hops. Also some grainy malt and slight buttery notes. I like the grassy hops here.
