mile (3947) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 2, 2013
Bottle. Golden, cloudy small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty – wheaty and sweetish aroma, light fruitiness and light sourness with faint banana. Body is medium, malty – wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, light sourness with faint fruitiness. Finish is average malty – some wheat and dryish, light sourness with faint fruitiness and faint banana. Dryish and lightly sour hefeweizen - OK, but nothing special.

500 ml bottle. BB 23/04/13. From bierzwerg.de.
Hazy orangey golden colour with massive (took 15 min to pour) foamy white head. Lemon zest, lime, fruits, bitterish grass, yeast, flour and some wheat in a strong tart aroma. Flavour is citrus, some sweetness, floury wheat, yeast and mild hops. Very soft carbonation. Not very common Hefeweizen. Quite acidic and tart.

Hermod (7844) - Vantaa, FINLAND - FEB 2, 2013
Bottle. Bbe 04/13. Hazy orange/golden, thick head. Spicy aroma with banana and wheat. Quite acidic flavor, wheat, banana candy and peppery notes. Refreshing, but not sure about the flavor, should it be this acidic? Not nevessary bad, more acidic/sour like some berliner weisse or Jura. Light bodied.
