3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
50cl bottle pours with a clear gold effervescent gold body that supports a thin near white head of regenerating foam. The aroma offers up a mix of spicy to grassy to a touch lime like hoppiness with mild grainy malt notes and a sliver or two of almond nuttiness underneath. The taste hits first with a pleasing spicy to grassy to a bit floral hoppiness across the palate where there’s a good dose of both bittering hops and flavoring hoppiness. To midway mild sugar malt notes are noticed that roll into a slightly grainy malt to nutty sensation but overall this remains firmly hoppy from front to back. Nice hoppy flavor where the flat sense of the zwickel body is right there into the finish. Nice zwickeled pils. I like it. I wish in the summer there were more Zwickels around to try.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear medium yellow color with a white head. The smell is grain, grass, mild light malt sweetness. The taste is as it smells with a crisp bitterness and very dry ending. Light in body with a bit over average carbonation level. A crisp, bitter pils.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
It’shazy golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma is like the slightly sweet flavour with notes of malt, bread, flower, and it has a refreshing dry bitterness - easy to like.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours almost clear yellow with a small white head. Mild malty aroma with a more pronounced cornish acidic note and light hops accent. Mild malty flavoured with a mild citrusy hops flavour swept through. Mild fruity and citric refreshing into a medium dry and bitter finish.
