Draught.l Low lasting creamy off-white head. Hazy dark brown body. Malty dried fruit caramel aroma. Highly carbonated mild roasted malt caramel flavor with a fair amount of hops bitterness. Long aftertaste.

Head is large, frothy, off-white with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is clear light brown. Flavor starts lightly sweet and slightly acidic, then finishes slightly sweet, acidic and bitter. Palate is medium, slick with a lively carbonation. A nice easy drinking Dunkel.
