50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep hazzlenut brown with a slowly collapsing white head. A bit dry cardboardish aroma. Smooth and roasted malty flavoured, light bitterness. A bit cardboardish flavoured to a nice fruity malt flavour. Mild bitterness into a medium dry and slight hoppy spiced finish.

Bottled (thanks DerDoppelbock). Very dark copper colour, medkiumsized off-white head, some lace. Bready malty aroma with some hints of slight caramel. Flavour is grassy, hayish malts with some earthy notes. A really dry palate, in a nice way. Easy to drink, and the dryness really makes you want to have more. The aftertaste has some slight hayish and roasted notes.

27th May 2008. Inoffensive Alt but to the point of blandness. Don’t know what to write other than a plain brown beer!

Dark amber color; generous head. Caramel-based, the aroma is lightly perfumy, the body is strong enough, the bitterness long.
